[It's only been a day, but he is anxious to get back to her. He won't say he's desperate to go to the brothel, because that's not the case. He would want her no matter where he found her.

The brothel is it, however, and once he's gathered with his men and orders given for the day, meals taken and a bath, he manages to sneak out once more and go to where he knows he'll find her.

[ She stares at him, for a moment, her face an unreadable mask. But soon she is leaning down, catching his lips for a long, measured kiss. ]

[His free hand caresses her cheek.]

[ She turns her face to kiss his palm, nuzzle into it. ]

[He sounds a little bit amused.]

Your health is, for now, my utmost priority.

But if a mewling kitty comes stumbling to your lap, would you not be endeared by it?

[He sits up, leaning on his elbows, likely disturbing her rest.]

[ Gods be good, but he is a trial. Taking a deep breath, she cups his face, thumbs nudging his jaws. ]

[ She lets go, only to smooth over his brow with a finger. ]

It is not a bad thing, you know? It is how women are. I do not mean to say you are weak - no one in their right mind would dare to make such a claim, I think. But just as I desire you as a man, I also find you to be endearing and adorable and very much to my taste.

He attempts to relax, because she's right, but he sighs once more.]

[He has to admit, it feels awfully good to be with her. an arm wraps around her, holding her in close.]

[ She clings to him, settling comfortably, quite a cat herself. Warm and relaxed, sweet smelling and entirely at ease around him. ]

[ With a knowing smile, she makes to move away from him.]

[ How pleased with herself she looks, laying down again... but just out of his grasp, a mischievous glint in her eyes. ]
